What We Do at Subwish

Subwish is a social media marketing platform. We help people like you grow their presence on social media by offering followers, likes, views, comments, and subscribers across multiple platforms. Here's what we actually do:

YouTube Services: We provide YouTube subscribers, views, likes, and other engagement metrics. When you buy YouTube subscribers from us, you're giving your channel a credibility boost that can help attract real organic viewers. We help content creators reach that 4,000 watch hours milestone faster and get their videos seen by more people.

Instagram Services: We offer Instagram followers, likes, and views for both posts and reels. A higher follower count makes your profile look more trustworthy, which encourages real people to follow you naturally. We also help your content show up on the Explore page more often.

TikTok Services: TikTok is growing like crazy, and we help you keep up. We deliver TikTok followers, likes, and views that make your profile look popular and credible. More followers means the algorithm takes you more seriously, which means more For You page placements.

Free Trials: We offer free trials for many of our services — free TikTok views, free TikTok followers, free Instagram likes, free YouTube likes, and more. These are completely free, no credit card required, no hidden subscription. They're our way of showing you that our services actually work before you spend any money. But please don't abuse them — one free trial per person, per IP address. If we catch you trying to game the system with multiple accounts, we reserve the right to ban you and cancel all your orders.

Important Reality Check: We need to be straight with you. The followers, likes, and views we provide help with social proof and credibility, but we cannot guarantee that every single follower will engage with your content forever. Social media platforms change their algorithms all the time, and sometimes engagement can drop. That's just how the internet works. We deliver what you paid for — after that, it's up to the platform gods. Also, buying followers or likes might technically go against the terms of some social platforms. We use safe methods, but we can't control what YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok decide to do. You're using our services at your own risk.

Who Can Use Subwish

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you're between 13 and 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• You need to provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders. If you give us fake info and your order fails, that's on you.
• You agree to use our services legally and fairly. No illegal stuff, no harassment, no posting anything that would get you in trouble.
• We can terminate or suspend any account at any time if we think you're violating these terms or abusing our system.

Your Account and Responsibilities

• When you sign up for a Subwish account, you need to provide a valid email address. That's pretty much it. We don't ask for your real name unless you want to give it.
• You are 100% responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share it with anyone. If someone gets into your account because you gave them your password, we can't help you.
• If you think someone accessed your account without permission, tell us immediately at support@subwish.com. We'll help you lock it down.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If your little brother buys 10,000 TikTok followers using your account, that's between you and your brother.

Privacy and Your Information

We collect information like your email address, social media profile links, and payment details only to process your orders and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data to anyone. Ever. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy. It's right there on our website.

Payments, Orders, and Refunds

• We accept payments through secure gateways like Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Your credit card details never touch our servers — that's between you and the payment processor.
• When you place an order, double-check your social media profile URL or video link. If you give us the wrong link, we can't magically know where you wanted the followers to go. We'll deliver to whatever link you provided.
• Orders usually start within a few minutes to a few hours after payment. Delivery times vary depending on the platform and the size of your order. Larger orders take longer. That's normal.
• Refund Policy: Once an order has started processing, we cannot cancel or refund it. Our system starts working immediately to deliver your engagement. If there's a genuine problem — like we couldn't deliver what you paid for after multiple attempts — contact support and we'll figure it out. But "I changed my mind" or "I found a cheaper service" are not valid reasons for a refund. Be sure before you buy.
• For free trials, there's nothing to refund because you didn't pay anything. But if your free trial doesn't arrive within a reasonable time (usually 24-48 hours), hit us up and we'll look into it.

What We're Responsible For (And What We're Not)

• We guarantee that we will deliver the followers, likes, views, or subscribers you ordered to the profile link you provided. That's our job and we're good at it.
• We do NOT guarantee that these followers will stay forever. Social media platforms sometimes clean up accounts, remove bots, or change their policies. Some drop-off is normal over time. If a massive percentage drops within a short period, let us know and we might offer a refill. But we don't offer lifetime guarantees.
• We are not responsible if your social media account gets banned, suspended, or shadowbanned. That's between you and the platform. Use our services responsibly and don't go crazy ordering 100,000 followers overnight on a brand new account. That looks suspicious to any platform.
• We are not liable for any indirect damages — lost revenue, lost followers, bad vibes, whatever. You use our services at your own risk. If you're not comfortable with that, don't buy from us.

Things You Cannot Do

Here's the "don't be a jerk" section. You agree NOT to do any of the following:

• Use our services for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others. No hate speech, no illegal content, no harassment.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or break our systems. We spend a lot of time keeping things secure. Don't make us spend more time dealing with you.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or referral programs. One free trial per person. We check IP addresses and other signals. If you get caught, we'll ban all your accounts and cancel any pending orders without refund.
• Chargeback or dispute a payment without contacting us first. If you have a problem, talk to us. We're reasonable people. Chargebacks cost us time and money, and if you file one without giving us a chance to help, we will ban you permanently and may pursue collection.
• Resell our services without permission. Subwish is for your personal or business use. Don't pretend our work is yours and resell it to someone else.

If we catch you doing any of these things, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, cancel all pending orders, and refuse service to you forever. No warnings, no second chances.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies on our website to keep you logged in, remember your shopping cart, and understand how people use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but fair warning — some features might stop working properly. Your cart might forget what's in it, and you might have to log in every five minutes. Annoying, but that's your choice.

Links to Other Websites

Our site may contain links to third-party websites like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, PayPal, and others. We are not responsible for what happens on those sites. If you click a link and something goes wrong, that's between you and them. Read their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

How We Protect Your Data

We use SSL encryption (that's the padlock in your browser), secure servers, and limited access to protect your information. No system is 100% unhackable — that's just reality — but we do everything reasonable to keep your data safe. You should also do your part by using a strong password and not sharing your account details with anyone.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your account information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove most of your personal data within 30 days. We may keep order records longer for tax, legal, or fraud prevention reasons — usually up to 3 years. After that, everything gets wiped or anonymized.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing emails (though we don't send many). To exercise any of these rights, just email us at support@subwish.com. We'll get back to you within a couple weeks, usually faster.

International Data Transfers

Subwish works with customers and servers all around the world. Your information might be processed in different countries depending on where our servers are located. We take care to follow privacy laws and keep your data safe no matter where it lives. By using our services, you agree to this international transfer of your data.

Children's Privacy

Subwish is not for kids under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we find out we have data from someone under 13, we'll delete it immediately. If you're a parent and you think your kid signed up without your permission, email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to These Terms

The internet changes. Our business changes. Sometimes we need to update these terms. If we make any major changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice on our website. The "Effective Date" at the top will tell you when the terms were last updated. If you keep using Subwish after changes are made, that means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can delete your account anytime.

Termination

We hope you love Subwish and stay forever. But if you violate these terms, we can terminate your account immediately without notice. You can also terminate your own account anytime by contacting support. After termination, you lose access to your account history and any unused service credits. No refunds for partial months or unused orders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our services "as is" and "as available." That means we don't make any promises beyond what's written here. No implied warranties about reliability, uptime, or future performance. If our website goes down for a few hours, we're sorry, but that's life. We'll try to fix it fast, but we don't guarantee 24/7 perfection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Subwish and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. In plain English: if you lose money because your YouTube channel got demonetized or your Instagram account got shadowbanned, that's not on us. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service that caused the issue. That's it.
